TREATMENTS
The consultation as
starting point
At Ayurveda Palms, a holistic Ayurvedic consultation forms the starting point. We view the person as a whole—body, emotions, mind, and life direction. Which components are included depends on your specific needs, constitution, and stage of life; we work without a rigid structure. Online consultations are possible by arrangement via a secure video platform.
Ayurveda Palms offers complementary care and is not a substitute for regular medical care.

QUALITY, COMPENSATION & RIGHT OF COMPLAINTS
With due care and transparency
Compensation
With supplementary insurance, the consultation may be eligible for (partial) reimbursement. Please consult your insurer in advance; this reimbursement does not affect the statutory deductible. The Ayurveda performance code (24014) applies. Excluded from VBAG membership — and therefore from reimbursement, liability insurance, and VAT exemption — are, among others: group treatments, prevention, well-being and self-development, wellness and relaxation, relationship therapy, beauty enhancement, exercise education, yoga, and meditation. The client finances these components themselves.
Quality and registration
Affiliated with the VBAG (2041017) and registered with RBCZ (910749R), with AGB registration with VEKTIS. Annual continuing education and peer supervision.
In cases of suspected domestic violence or child abuse, the Reporting Code of the Central Government is followed.
The general terms and conditions, the code of professional conduct, and the complaints and disciplinary regulations of VBAG/RBCZ apply to the contract with clients.
Complaints and disciplinary law
If you have a complaint about a treatment, please discuss this with your therapist first, preferably. If you are unable to resolve the matter together, you can engage an independent complaints officer via www.erisietsmisgegaan.nl/onvrede-melden: you will be contacted within two working days after your report. If this does not lead to a satisfactory solution, you can turn to the government-recognized dispute resolution body Stichting Zorggeschil, which issues a binding ruling.
In addition, every therapist registered with RBCZ is subject to independent disciplinary proceedings through the Disciplinary Board for Complementary Care (TCZ ).
