OUR PHILOSOPHY

Lotus Life

the power of self-confidence

In the Vedas, the lotus flower is the holiest symbol of divine knowledge. Its stem is deeply rooted in the mud as it moves upwards through murky and stagnant water.

Stay grounded, no matter how turbulent your environment is.

The water around you can be murky and still — the Maya of life: uncertainty, doubt, and fear. That, too, is part of it. The flower represents the strength to bloom, despite all the turmoil.

She thrives precisely in difficult times, regardless of what surrounds her.

That is the power of belief in yourself.

That is Lotus Life.

OUR VISION

A house of grounded
wisdom, focus and flourishing

At Ayurveda Palms, the human being as a whole takes center stage: body, feelings, mind, and life direction in interconnectedness. Drawing from the Ayurvedic tradition and tailored to who you are, we seek more peace, balance, and vitality together.

Sangitha Khosla forms the heart of the consultations and treatments; for her treatments, she uses products based on centuries-old recipes from the family tradition of Ayurveda. Nandita Khosla adds a warm and tangible layer to the home through Healing Journeys and Ayurvedic food workshops.

ABOUT SANGITHA KHOSLA

Background and education

Medicine (MBBS) · specialization in dermatology · pranic energy healing · alternative medicine — trained in India

Sangitha Khosla grew up in a doctor's family in South India, where care, dedication, and compassion were a matter of course from an early age. As a child, she helped her father, a renowned doctor, in his clinic and learned how essential attention and humanity are.

She graduated cum laude in medicine from MS Ramaiah Medical College in Bangalore and subsequently specialized in dermatology at Safdarjung Hospital in New Delhi, where she worked for ten years.

Later, she delved into pranic energy healing, alternative medicine, and psychology.

This medical and scientific background forms the foundation of her current work. Within Ayurveda Palms, Sangitha works as a complementary therapist, where medical knowledge, energetic insight, and spiritual development come together — supported by compassion and respect for the human being as a whole.
